REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (RAM) – JOB DESCRIPTION APAC REGION 1610-31
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (RSD) the Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for the customer relationship management of all customers in region to generate profitable revenues for The Company’s Products and Services portfolio in the region from existing customers and customers in the implementation stages. The job holder is expected to achieve their individual revenue targets for the region by proactive management and the facilitation of new initiatives and opportunities to up sell other Company products and services. In addition the RAM will be responsible to ensure that implementation projects are delivered on time and on budget such that both the Company and the customer fully meet the obligations of the contract.
