Educational Requirements (Must have) :
-MBA with at least 10 years of Experience, OR
-Graduation with at least 12 years of Experience
Work Experience :
-Exposure of managing voice & Non voice in the Retail banking / Cards / Mortgage domain, and functions like Customer Service, Collections and Disputes resolutions etc.
-Should have experience in managing fairly a large team of at least 150-200 FTE
-Experience of managing financials of the engagement
-People Management (Senior Professionals)
