The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years experience in a Chef de Cuisine position, ideally with experience in Asia as well as a strong background in Asian Cuisine. This role requires someone who can instill team spirit with excellent leadership skills.
As the cuisine of the restaurant is Asian, preference will be given to individuals who have trained in Asia and have performed a similar role or are looking for the next step up in their career.
