To be considered, you will be a passionate, guest focused individual with a proven track record of developing viable action plans related to associate learning and process improvement. Hospitality background is not a must, however experience from a company with a proven track record in having delivered outstanding guest experience and service culture is essential. You will have experience in developing and implementing learning strategies, solutions and high level facilitation related guest experience and key guest touch points as well as the ability to influence & partner with all levels of the organization to achieve results. It is essential you possess strong business and interpersonal acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and initiatives and have solid experience managing a program with multiple inputs and multiple stakeholders. Experience working in an entrepreneurial, results driven and fast-paced environment is needed as is a proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and work effectively in a dynamic organization. You will need to be a results oriented individual with excellent project management, instructional design and presentation skills. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous worked in service culture delivery within recognized global brands.
